I’m a fan of Micargi. They aren’t high end bikes like Cannondale, but at the same time they don’t have the price of a Cannondale. There aren’t any other bikes where you can spend $200 and get a bike with disc brakes!
I say get yourself a Micargi. I’ve owned mine for 3 years and have beat the snot out of it.

Maicargi mountain bikes are alot like huffy, pacific, etc. If you’ll be riding on the side walk, then they are fine, but if you plan on doing some offroading, you’ll have to spend quite a bit more – probably twice as much. if you’re looking for a budget mountain bike, check out the Schwinn mesa GSX or maybe a GT Aggressor from Supergo.
